The grade rubric for this assignment is linked below, please review it to ensure max points.
Due Week III, Sunday 11:59pm, PDT. No late work. While the student may submit this assignment at any time until Sunday, Week III, 11:59pm, the instructor only permits one submission. Please be sure to review your work prior to submitting it.
Part 1: Students are to complete a 2 – 3 page APA7th compliant paper that includes double spaced Microsoft Word document, with an introduction and a thesis sentence. Then use headings to break up each point with making a connection to what they see and hear in the video with any 4 concepts found in Noe et al. from Chapters 9 – 14 – see the grade rubric below. Describe what you saw and/or heard in the film, time stamp it, and then make a connection from one of the theories in Noe by first defining the concept(s) it matches in Noe et al., citing the source in APA7th, and then writing a sentence or two stating how the two relate. Avoided generalizations or making interpretations without first giving the facts to base those interpretations. This is not an analysis of Selmer’s views.
Part II: Answered these questions in 1 to 2 pages using APA7th headings to separate the work. (This is a separate grade): What are some of the challenges with Selmer’s theories at work? If his theories were applied, are they equitable (can they be used) across all industries?
No outside sources for both parts is required.
