Research and select a current trend in the area of telecommunications. Prepare a 10-15 page paper in Microsoft Word (counts as 11% of the final grade) AMU approved APA format (see Writing@APUS in the Resources Center) (350 words per page). At a minimum include the following:
Detailed description of the area researched
Technology involved in the area
Future trends in the area
Example companies involved in the area
Regulatory issues surrounding the area
Global implications for the area
References (minimum of 10)
i. Prepare a 10-12 slide Microsoft PowerPoint highlighting the content from the paper.(Counts as 5% of the final grade)
ii. You are only required to submit a final paper and presentation. However, during the previous six weeks, you will be assembling the research paper and presentation. Feel free to post questions or portions of the paper for review at any time as an email to your professor.
iii. As part of your presentation you will be required to record voice overs in your presentation. Each slide should have a voice narration explaining the slide and adding any additional content you feel is appropriate. You can find out how to do voice overs from this web site.
iii. You may use resources from the APUS Online Library, any library, government library, or any peer-reviewed reference (Wikipedia and any other publicly-reviewed source is not accepted). The paper must by at least 10 pages double-spaced, 1″ margin all around, black 12 point fonts (Times New Roman, Arial, or Courier) with correct citations of all utilized references/sources, (pictures, graphics, etc are extra – allowed but extra for the minimum page count). The title page and references are also required but don’t count in the minimum page count. The PowerPoint of 10-12 slides is a summary of this paper. No new topics, ideas or concepts are introduced in the PowerPoint that is not included in the paper. A minimum of 10 references are needed. The paper will be subjected to checking against plagiarism.
iv. The required number of pages do not include title or references pages – although these must be included with the paper.
V. Course paper will be submitted to Turnitin.com to check for plagiarism. Turnitin is built into the Sakai classroom. The paper must follow acceptable originality criteria (no more than 15% max originality index, and 2% per individual source match are allowed). Students are permitted to submit their paper multiple times to get their originality score down. If paper exceeds the 15% max on originality on final submission during grading instructor reserves the right to report the student for plagiarism.

Note: Practice Lab #4 – Write 10 basic SQL statements is due in Week 7
This week’s practice lab uses the student schema that everyone installed for the first practice lab. Everyone will be developing basic SQL queries and submitting a SQL script and the script results.
1. The SQL script must be a text file saved with the extension .txt or .sql. I recommend you use notepad or Wordpad. MSWord will frequently use a special character that will cause errors when the script is run. For example, MSWork normally uses left and right “smart quotes” which oracle does not recognize. If you use Word to create your script, ensure you turn off the curly quotes as this will cause an error in Oracle. To do this you usually go to the “Options” area, find “Proofing”, then “AutoCorrect” and “AutoFormat”. Under “Replace”, uncheck “Straight quotes” with “smart quotes”.
2. You may want to put script comments in your script file to document your work. If you do, ensure to indicate to Oracle that your notes are “comments” and not SQL commands. 3. A script that includes examples of correctly formatted comments is attached that you can use to start creating your script is attached.
4. Output documentation – Providing the output from running your script is much easier than trying to provide multiple screenshots (screenshots must show all the output for a query). The quickest way to capture script output is to use the “Save” option on the lower, “output” window section of SQL Developer. The “Save” icon will ask you to save the file. You can email yourself the file or save it to Google drive if you use this. If you use screenshots, please put them in a Word file.
Feel free to contact me if you have questions on SQL format or syntax. If you have a question about an error send me a copy of the entire script you ran in addition to a screenshot or SQL output. Frequently the problem is several lines earlier in the script. I recommend you get at least the first couple of queries done early in the week to make sure you have your script working correctly and then add the other queries to it.

This a research paper on Two Factor Authentication. All the directions are provided in the assignment sheet. The rubric on how the paper will be graded is also at the bottom of the assingment sheet. I provided what I have started with and need to just expand what I have already wrote down. I also have 3 sources and need 3 more. There must also be a Annotated Bibliography with atleast 5 sentences explaining each of the 6 sources. The assignment sheet gives more details on the annotated bib. The entire paper is in APA format, size 12, Times New Roman font. The paper is double spaced. I have already did the cover sheet so there is no need to worry about that.
